1. First start the diesel engine until the speed reaches 700r/min or so, and then check the oil cut off cylinder by cylinder. 2 Disassemble the fuel injector of the second cylinder, and then check the pressure of oil injection and the atomization quality of oil injection. It is found that the fuel injection nozzle occasionally diverts oil. After replacing the coupling parts, the diesel engine was started again after assembly, and the exhaust smoke was observed. It was found that the exhaust smoke changed from the original gray smoke to a large amount of white smoke, indicating that there was water in the combustion chamber, and the cylinder head, cylinder pad and cylinder liner should be disassembled for inspection.
3. After the machine is shut down, it is found that there are four nuts on the cylinder cover of one and two cylinders when the cylinder cover is removed. When the torque of 100N·m is twisted, the cylinder cover nut becomes loose. This situation is caused by the water in the combustion chamber caused by the pressure of the cylinder pad.
4. Tighten the diesel engine as required with a torque of 280N·m again and start the diesel engine for 5min. The phenomenon of white smoke from the exhaust pipe disappears and the fault is eliminated
